    Although Microsoft and Mozilla released new versions of their browsers (Internet Explorer 9 and Firefox 4, respectively), its safe to say that neither company is resting on its laurels.

    Although Firefox 5 beta is coming only in May (with the final version scheduled for June release), you can try pre-beta release right now – just head over to this page.

    Today is the official date of the release of the latest version of Firefox.  Although the browser is supposed to be released later in the day, the good folks at Tom’s Hardware provide links where you can download the browser right now (and its completely legal of course).

    Release of Firefox 4 is 4 months behind schedule, in the meantime IE 9 and Chrome 10 have landed

    Firefox 4.0 was supposed to release in November 2010.  Yet here it is, almost the end of March 2011, and the wayward browser has only now finally landed.  That delay allowed Microsoft’s Internet Explorer 9 to hit the market before it. So was the four-month delay worth it?  Read on to find out.
